  For added security, upgrade your vehicle’s anti-theft system with a Glass Breakage Sensor (GBS). The system uses a microphone designed to detect the specific frequencies of an object striking glass in order to provide protection two ways: (a) in the event glass breakage is detected, an alarm will immediately sound and the starter will be disabled, and (b) if GBS sense an object striking glass — without breakage occurring — a warn-away alarm will be activated. GBS sensitivity can be adjusted to help reduce false alarms.
